This mandate will become effective January 1, 2021. We currently accept UCCs via e-file platform through www.efile.gsccca.org and via paper filing. We will continue both processes until December 31, 2020 but we will return all paper filed UCCs after that date. Thank you for filing in our office and it is not our intention to cause undue burden on our filers. Our motive is simply to streamline the filing process for all filers through the use of e-filing and to limit the chances of numbering mistakes and other filing errors. Thank you for your help in this matter. We look forward to meeting your filing needs now and in the future.
